You are hitting the nail on the head!! Hubby gets so aggravated when folks come in his antique store and says “I want X amount of dollars for this” Of course he can only buy for a percentage of what he can sell it for so he offers them (most of the time) a lot less. Then he gets to hear “but it’s selling on eBay for hundreds”. Hubby’s response is always “well then sell it on eBay if you think you can get that much out of it”. 🤦🏻♀️
